7 Best Tools & Apps I Use To Plan My Events

Event planning takes a lot of time and you don’t know what task to give the priority. Event planning can only get success with a good team that works together in unison. Here are a few recommended tools and apps that allow event planners to stay organised and to the task on time efficiently.

Mission-based alarm app that helps you to achieve the things that are on your list for the day. It is a very useful app and effective in time management.

The app is designed for event planners in such a way that the alarm won’t go off unless you solve a simple math problem or take a picture to dismiss the alarm etc.

As we all know the event planning things can sometimes take a toll on our mental health and most event planners don’t consider doing meditation or engage too much time into fitness. Any-do app is a to-do-list app that helps you to make a checklist of this to be done in a day.

It helps the event planners to be more professional and organised in their work, you can set N-number of lists and also set reminders for the same.

You can even share or add the list with your team. And can access this app on your mobiles, laptops and tablets. Initially, I was an event planner ended up taking all the tasks on my plate thinking I will do a better job alone and failed towards the end, later realizing the importance of delegation of the task to team members.
